We take the greatest care in the ingredients we use in our menu dishes.
Under EEC regulations we are, by law obliged to advise customers that some of our dishes contain sauces made from soya/maize based products. We are unable to obtain supplier guarantees that these sauces do not contain genetically modified soya/maize. We therefore advise that in compliance with EEC regulations the menu contains the following EEC footnotes:-
