We take the greatest care in the ingredients we use in our menu dishes.
 Under EEC regulations we are, by law obliged to advise customers that some of our dishes contain sauces made from soya/maize based products. We are unable to obtain supplier guarantees that these sauces do not contain genetically modified soya/maize. We therefore advise that in compliance with EEC regulations the menu contains the following EEC footnotes:-
 "Products on this menu are prepared with sauces which may contain soya/maize. This may be produced from genetically modified soya/ maize ingredients"
(N) Contains nuts.  Whilst the greatest care is taken in the preparation of our food, some of our dishes contain nuts.
If you have any special needs, please make our staff aware
